Success Story

James Nyasagare Nyandondi

Project: Loan for microentrepreneurs (2009)

,,With the loan for microentrepreneurs I could grow my business to such an extent, that the revenues can support my entire family. “

Jump-start with a loan

For 8 years James had a small vegetable shop in Kayole in Nairobi. The 37-year-old family father received his first microcredit in 2009, in order to optimise his business and improve his standard of living. Due to the loan he could make important investments for his shop. He particularly enjoys the exchange with other entrepreneurs in his training group. He benefits from their experience and also passes on his knowledge. With his income he supports his wife and children, but also his siblings, which makes him very happy.
